What kind of interior design and add-on options do I have for my home?

 

Claybourne Commons homes include the most desired add-ons and extras providing you the best possible value and simplified home buying experience. However, we want to make sure you get a home that perfectly matches your personal taste and personality. We are happy to discuss ideas you have and have a world-class design center to help make that happen. 

 

Does Anlon Construction have any “green” or energy saving initiatives or technologies?

 

Anlon offers energy efficient features and construction that is economically smart and ecologically responsible. Energy efficient features vary by project, but can include Low-E dual pane windows, improved insulation, compact fluorescent bulbs, programmable thermostats, high-efficient Energy Star rated water heater, refrigerator, and dishwashers. 

 

Do I need a real estate agent to purchase a new home?

 

No, you do not need a real estate agent to purchase a new home in Claybourne Commons. Our real estate team is here to assist you before, during and after your new home purchase. The choice to work with a real estate agent is personal and solely yours to make, but please know that we have selected our sales team based on experience and excellent reputation.  They are available to answer any questions you have during your entire home buying experience.

 

If I have a real estate agent, does he or she need to visit the Claybourne Commons with me?

 

Yes, if you chose to work with a real estate agent, your agent is required to accompany and register with you during your first visit and/or meeting with any members from our team.

 

Will my new home come with a warranty?

 

Your home includes the Anlon Construction Builder’s Limited Warranty. For detailed information on what’s included in this warranty please reference your Homeowner Guidebook. In addition to the Home Builder’s Limited Warranty, Anlon Construction provides each homeowner with additional warranty protection from 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty.

 

Do covenants govern my subdivision?

 

Yes. To help retain the value of your home and to protect the attractive look and residential feel of Claybourne Commons, all houses must follow the guidelines set out in the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). All home buyers will receive a full copy of the CC&Rs to review and approve prior to closing. 

 

What types of materials will be used in building my home? 

 

Anlon Construction has developed both national and regional relationships with leading trade partners to ensure that quality products will be used in building your home.

Mike Harn, the President of Anlon Construction, has been involved with building and land development in the Portland Metro area for 20 years. When do I need to be pre-approved?

 

All buyers will need to be approved with a bank or mortgage lender within 3 business days of submitting an offer for a new home at Claybourne Commons. 

 

How much are the HOA dues?

 

As of today, the dues have not yet been established. However, the monthly assessments will be minimal as there isn’t a large amount of landscaping or common areas.
