What is Claybourne Commons?

Who is the builder?
These townhomes are being built by Mike Harn with Anlon Construction. Mike has a thorough background in building quality homes in the Portland Metropolitan area since 1996 and is dedicated to bringing you an excellent finished product. What will the prices be?
The final prices have not been set, as the final bids and construction selections are still being finalized. Prices will most likely fall in the low to mid $400's.
Is there a Homeowner's Association, and if so, how much are the dues?
Yes, there will be an active HOA, but the dues are not set yet. The reserve study is still being completed. HOA dues will be very typical for a project this size, since there is no community pool, playground, large landscaped area, etc.

How big are the units, what is the layout?
The homes are approx 1,500 sqft spanning over three floors, and all feature three bedrooms with two master suites, three full bathrooms, laundry room, attached garage and plenty of natural light with six to eight windows. What can I expect the finishes to be?
These townhomes will have higher end finishes. The project will have a fairly modern feel overall. Selection examples will be ready soon. However, buyers that come in early will have some control and opportunities to select what they want!
When will construction begin? When will the project be finished?
The vertical construction has begun! The first building will be done and ready for move-in roughly the end of May 2017. The builder is expecting all of the homes to be completed by winter of 2017.
